Tasty tomato soup with a touch of smokey dried chiles, poured over corn tortilla chips with avocado, crumbly cheese and sour cream.

Chimichanga
Your choice of filling and cheese wrapped in a large flour tortilla and then deep fried until crisp and golden baked smothered in enchilada sauce with a sprinkle of cheese.
Tostadas (GF)
Your choice of filling plus lettuce, tomato, onions, refried beans, cheese, salsa, guacamole and sour cream piled high on top of two crisp corn tortillas.
Tacos (GF)
Your choice of filling plus lettuce, onion, tomato, cheese, salsa, guacamole and sour cream inside two tex mex style Taco shells.
Queseda Grande
A large flour tortilla covered with cheese and melted under the grill is folded in half with your filling, lettuce, onion, tomato, salsa, sour cream and guacamole.

Cabo Style Fish Tacos - (£11.50)
Crispy Deep fried white fish bites, served in flour torillas with shredded cabbage, and 'white sauce', a mixture of mayonnaise, yoghurt, lime juice and chipotle sauce. The final touch is a dollop of `pico de gallo` salsa! Delicious!
Flautas - (£10.95. GF)
Shredded chicken rolled up in two corn tortillas then deep fried into crisp tubes with crunchy lettuce and drizzled with tabgy salsa verde, sour cream and crumbly cheese, served with Mexican Rice a refried beans.

Carne (Steak)- (£16.95)
Tender Rib Eye marinated in olive oil , lime juice and garlic cooked to your preference and serverd with a garlic and chile butter, potato wedges and a green salad.
Pescado (Fish) - (£14.95)
Your delicious fillet will be served with the sauce of your choice, Mexican Rice and a salad of mixed leaves. Chose either VERACRUZ (Capers, olives and tomatoes), AL AJILLO (Tons of garlic a dried chile) or CHILE LIMON (fresh lemon and chiles).

Served on a sizzling hot platter with peppers and onions and accompanied by warm tortillas, lettuce, cheese, guacamole, sour cream and pico de gallo salsa.
To eat our famous fajitas:
Place a warm tortilla on your plate and place your fillings down the centre then roll into a tube and tuck in the bottom end, if you use your sour cream at the edges it will stick better, then try to get the delicious combination in your mouth without making a mess (it’s virtually impossible) feel free to ask your server for more napkins:
